Typical price for a mixer Tap swap with good access and parts supplied by yourself £45. No VAT is charged.

Minimum call out is £25  9.00am to 5.30pm,  £40 outside of these hours.

From replacing a broken switch to Full Rewires and Plastering and Decorating afterwards. Fully qualified Electricians are used when the job requires. 

General Helper

Maybe you just need an extra pair of hands with transport to move something heavy,  or someone whom you can trust to help a relative too far from you. 

Handyman Jobs

This can be anything from fitting a washer, broken cooker parts replacement to shelves, Decorating, Showers, New High Security Locks fitting  and Laminate Floors etc. We also fit new kitchens and bathrooms. The list is as long as your needs.

Landlord Services

We are able to provide a comprehensive service. From Renovating newly bought properties to day to day maintenance  issues. 

Burglar alarm systems

Our Qualified Alarm Systems Engineer  will install what you need to make you and yours protected. Wireless systems or wired. Your choice of Alarm system or ours. Advice is free so please ring to discuss your needs.

raymond helped us plan and fitted our new kitchen and plastered and decorated it too. he organised all the electrics and gas works so we didn't have to worry about a thing. it all went very smoothly and we're very happy with how quickly it happened.
